Baking - Kueh Lapis

Recipe for Kueh Lapis 1. 20 egg yoke 2. 8 egg white 3. 350g sugar   4. 500g butter (unsalted) 5. 150g plain flour 6. 1 tsp Rempah Kueh (Lapis cake spice) 7. 4 tbsp brandy or rum The steps... 1. Beat egg yoke and sugar until thick and creamy     2. Cream butter until soft 3. Fold the butter into the egg yoke mixture until thoroughly mixed 4. Sieve the flour and lapis spice and fold into the egg yoke butter mixture  5. Beat the egg white until white and stiff peak   6. Fold in the egg yoke butter mixture into the egg white 7. Add in brandy and mix thoroughly 8. Set oven to grill at 180 degree celsius 9. Oil and line the baking tin with baking sheet 10. Lay the tin with thin layer of the mixture 11. Yeh, we have done it! we've signed the contract to exercise the option. Hmm ... 3 years to think about what we want our new place to be like ... seems like lots of time think about we really like but i think time will really fly by quickly ... so ... (drum roll) Project Home starts now ...

Received an email from HDB. We have got the queue number for the BTO, and is a number 12. Yeah... Here's the number of applicants for the units.
