Sieve the flour and lapis spice and fold into the egg yoke butter mixture 5. Beat the egg white until white and stiff peak 6. Fold in the egg yoke butter mixture into the egg white 7. Add in brandy and mix thoroughly 8. Set oven to grill at 180 degree celsius 9. Oil and line the baking tin with baking sheet 10. Lay the tin with thin layer of the mixture 11.
